We went to get our car checked and were told we needed to aply for a PAR report in order to get a $600 battery under the insurance and we waited for hours to hear that we had to wait for Mazda head office to get back to them and they said they would contact us in a week the LATEST. 2 weeks went by and no contact so I contacted them again and spoke to the management to only be told they dont even have our car on record the only thing that came up was the name the appointment was made under and all Iwas told is the eemployee that put us through that day was away and will back the next day so as they put it "when humanly possible I will contact you" its been 2 months and still waiting and no contact at all regardless that they new the urgancy and how unprofessional the original situation was and not to mention that they knew our warranty was alomost through and the fact they had NOT submitted the PAR request was worse!!! what a service and thisread more
