Like the title says spend your money elsewhere or better still price match their low prices to a more reputable company.
Long story short.... Wait times from when the order is placed to when it is actually shipped is disgraceful (see screenshots) and these items where all in stock!!! Not the kind of service you expect after spending $4000.
Any other online store has their items posted within 24hours of receiving an order. Can prove ifread more
I made a purchase online then changed my mind the next day (wanted a slightly different product) but didn't think I'd have much chance of changing it as the order status had already been updated to "processing". To my surprise when I called, my change was accepted and processed without a fuss. There was an additional $8 to be paid for my new choice and this caused issues throughout the day (my bad) but the numerous contacts I had with MegaBuy's customer service department were without exception, excellent.
Very good work guys.
Charged 50$ to evaluate laptop not booting, told " don't know exactly whats wrong, not worth repairing, parts not available anyway" charged a further $40 to take all data off HD, large number of files missing. Rang Bris Computer Solutions and was told " we will quote and tell you exactly whats wrong for no charge" and that all parts are readily available. To put it politely, shonky bunch of clowns, steer clear.
