I bought a Camry Hybrid last year from the dealership and had a good experience. The car also was in good condition and didnt have any aftersales shocks. Service at the service center has always been good during the extended warranty time and though there were minor hiccups with services no major problems with service or delivery etc. Iread more
What a shocker. Possibly my worst car buying experience ever. Salesmen constantly pushing you to sign contracts where you don't know what the price is, won't give you the part exchange price until you pay $1000 to get the new car. So I said thanks but no thanks, I'll go and spend my 50 grand elsewhere.
Been to Melville Toyota Service department twice in 6 Months since moving into the area. Have dealt directly with 2 different service agents.
