I recently had my car serviced at Melville Toyota which was a very pleasant experience. The guy I dealt with (I think it was Jason) was great, as he was confirming what service they were carrying out, I queried what exactly that service entails (I dont know much about car servicing). He was happy to explain this in great detail, which was nice, rather than being made to feel like a dummy, I actually learnt something! My car was booked in for an express service (which takes just over an hour), so I made myself a nice cup of coffee and watched the TV playing in the waiting area (great coffee too). My car got a free wash and vacuum which was great!!! I highly recommend Melville Toyota!

I bought a Camry Hybrid last year from the dealership and had a good experience. The car also was in good condition and didnt have any aftersales shocks. Service at the service center has always been good during the extended warranty time and though there were minor hiccups with services no major problems with service or delivery etc. I have found though that some quotes for repairs or parts have been higher than other toyoto dealership service centres. Special thanks to Anthony from sales who helped sort out a waranty repair issue.
What a shocker. Possibly my worst car buying experience ever. Salesmen constantly pushing you to sign contracts where you don't know what the price is, won't give you the part exchange price until you pay $1000 to get the new car. So I said thanks but no thanks, I'll go and spend my 50 grand elsewhere.
Been to Melville Toyota Service department twice in 6 Months since moving into the area. Have dealt directly with 2 different service agents. Both of those agents have made a complete mess of my bookings. Both times I have taken the cars in to drop them off and the bookings did not exist. My complaint was then escalated to the Service Department Manager. Extremely disappointed and DISGUSTED with the quality of service received. They kept telling me they are the best Toyota service dealer in WA but I find that very hard to believe.
Split personality... went there to look at a $45000 car. After a brief discussion on price and trade in value, we were almost blind sided with a binding contract to buy. Once we said wanted a bit of time to think about the deal, the nice accommodating salesperson had a change of personality and become very rude. Hadn't filled his quota for the day!!
We left without a hand shake or even a business card, they have lost our business and everyone that we tell about their bad customer relations. Very unhappy
Bought a demo RAV4 from Melville Toyota in Nov 2014. Waited for 3 weeks for delivery, no phone calls from anyone about the length of wait. On the day of collection, we asked for a small tin of paint as some paint were chipped off. Salesman promised to check and call back. No calls. A week later, someone from Toyota or Melville Toyota rang to check for customer satisfaction, told her about the paint. She promised to follow up. Did not hear back from anyone again.
It was close to 10K km when we bought the car. The salesman told us to bring the car for the 10K km servicing, service department said no servicing required. Long story short, the car was serviced in Aug 2014 but they did not stamp the log book. The salesman and service department were telling us different things!
Very poor experience, will definitely stay away. Totally right, once paid up, service disappeared!
