Michael helped me achieve my goal of losing 10 kg! I was about to quit the gym, I had gained 10 kg and was upset that my clothes were not fitting and that I looked dreadful in photos. Not just because he is the consummate professional and has so much knowledge in his field, but because (even when I wasn’t his client for years), he noticed if I hadn't been to the gym for a while, and would call me to see if I was okay.
That is what sets Michael apart from all the rest.
I have had a range of personal trainers over the last 5 years and after changing gyms, started training with Michael a year ago. He is by far the most knowledgeable and professional PT I’ve ever trained with. Michael really took the time to understand my goals and to create a program that worked for me. This includes fitting in around a pretty hectic work schedule. He also supports the training with some awesome resources that increase your knowledge of training, stretching and nutrition....and has some seriously killer playlists!!!!!. I cannot praise Michael Hermann's PT highly enough! I have been consistently going to the gym and working with PTs for 8 years now but I have to say that Michael has had the biggest impact on my results than anything in that time. His skill level surpasses that of any of the trainers I have worked with. The sessions are really thought out (they really are full body workouts) and Michael provides consistent variety which means I stay motivated and most importantly sore! I have never once felt like I wasn’t making progress or the exercises were getting mundane or weren’t challenging enough. The flexibility of the sessions especially the online options means it is so much easier so I have never been more fit, more motivated or seen results so quickly. The product provided by Michael is a completely holistic program. I love it!
