Today my fridge stopped working. Just like that. After ringing Samsung and being told to call another company on Monday (this was Saturday, lunchtime) and calling another company who requested an online booking (which I did, & still haven't heard back), I called Michael. He had a technician out to me within 15 minutes. The service was prompt, the tech was polite and friendly, and, above all, the price was great! I would highly recommend this business and will be keeping their magnet for future reference. Thanks, guys. Job well done :)
