Midas

I wanted to use a SDA Union voucher from the book so I tried to ring and ask for a quote on a 2 hr service and was abused in the background by some staff member saying I was a scammer, swearing and carrying on, got on the phone himself to do the same so I hung up. Rang back to ask the receptionist for his name and she hung up on me. Rang back 3 times with no answer, finally she answers again and refuses to hand over his name for me to put through a complaint no matter how much I gave her a chance, telling her the only name i currently had was hers to put in the complaint and she said "do what you gotta do" and hung up again.
I had to address this with the SDA obviously and they were NOT impressed. This is not Midas fault but the fault and attitude of the staff in the Blackburn store.
So now I can not use the SDA voucher out of fear they will know and do something to my car and I can't go to the Blackburn one because they asked for ...read more

Took my car for service there noticed after service there was some white leaking but didn't know what it was.. after a few weeks later the car stopped on the road. Now they are trying to rip me off saying it is something else.. never again will be taking my car there..

I have 2003 BMW 323i which has been, on the whole pretty reliable but parts start to wear and need to be replaced.After being gouged by the other mechanic shop with the air con, electric front window and brakes I thought I would save some money by going to a non-dealer for service and repairs. I must say my experience with Colin at Midas Blackburn has been excellent on three occasions-they offer an affordable alternative to the dealer at a much lower cost. I would highly recommend.

My Bmw 318i is pretty old and needs heaps of stuff fixed to keep it going and the dealers are always busting my chops on the invoice. But I have had things done at Midas here twice and they never ripped me off like the dealer and the guys were helpful and friendly so I would say check them out esp if you have like an old Beamer or Merc like that

I recently purchased a hot green mazda from my boyfriend's mate and it needed a service so I went to MIdas after seeing the ad on t.v. They was really great and the service was awesome and the price good and they told me everything needed doing. They said they had just taken over and were super keen to do like awesome car work.
