SEVERE LACK OF SERVICE! Needed panel replaced from Insurance claim. After an Inspection, was asked to bring my car in - all the required parts had arrived. Was told they'd need my car for two days. Got a call at end of second day informing me that a part was missing and needed to be ordered!? (Thankfully, I had a generous work mate who offered me his car, to get home)
Missing part was to arrive in the morning, then they'd call me once done. By the end of the third day, hadn't heard from them. I rang to enquire and was told the car wasn't quite ready yet, would be another hour. (I had just finished work & wasn't able to sit around for an hour)
Finally picked it up on the fourth day. NO apologies, NO "sorry for the inconvenience", just "here's your keys". IMPRESSED?? I THINK NOT!!!
