Bought us some milan direct barstools and office chairs from Temple & Webster online store, and order process was smooth. Was sceptical of quality as price was very low, but pleasantly suprised. Look fantastic in our new home. Only negative the delivery cost was a little high
Have purchased an item from Milan direct but am completely astounded by the lack of customer service. It's honestly the worst I've ever come across for such large company. My recommendation: AVOID! Place my order almost 3 weeks ago and have only spoken to one person who said to email before hanging up on me. Had to verify my details and that took a week. Spent a $1000 and am about to just email them to refund my money. Harvey Norman has the same piece for 200 more but would be well worth it to not have to deal with this. My fear is that it'll show up for delivery almost a month and a half late and I'll be gone for christmas. Probably get some charge. Said I would receive a tracking number on the 28th and it's now been nearly two weeks and haven't heard anything. Have tried calling every day but no one picks up the phone. Emails haven't received a response. Honestly if you find the same piece of furniture or something similar go buy it even if it's moreread more
I have never posted a review before however my experience with this company has been appalling. Place my order and was very excited. Then heard nothing. Supposedly goods to be sent you within 3 business days, did not happen. Sent them an email got no response what so ever. Rang them and the recording says email them, You cannot speck to anyone at head Office. Finally got on the someone in Richmond Office. And have someone to talk to. Have had to ring three days in a row now and still waiting for a tracking number. Now a week after initial order (Yesterday) and told that there was an error in their system and will send out today (Yesterday). Eight days after order still do not have a tracking number. A fourth phone call made to Richmond office as Head Office don't have a phone number that they answer. and they are following up . My advise go elsewhere.

i ordered 6 dining chairs. 2 of the 6 were faulty. numerous email and phone calls with blunt ridiculous replies. i went to the showroom. They saw the fault. said i was right and they would report it. i had to ring head office. Terrible response again. Still unresolved and would never buy from them again and will spread the word as far as i can.
