great coffee frappes, cheap and with cream. $7 smoothie special with chia, banana, mango and coconut mlik sounded nice. lot of processed meats on mneu such as proscuitto which i am not fan of. lots of seating out front under umbrellas, as well as inside including couch
looks like they might have changed hands since my last visit. coffee frappes are stilll very good, taste like strong freshly made coffee, although they dont have any cream to offer like they used to instead of icecream which is my preference and frappes are not advertised on menu or in cafe anywhere so you have to ask for them. love that thye have a sign to encourage responsible environmental behvaiour by requesting customers recycle their coffee trays
humerous sign in toilet says "ladies remain seated throughout the whole performance and gentlemen your aim helps so stand closer, it's not that long!" meals are no that imaginative/ inventive or healthy, we usally eat elsewhere nearby. but their coffees are good. lots of seating outside if sunny and upstairs and downstairs inside. open 7 days
absolutely love their coffee frappes (with cream and/or ice cream) $7, but if in hurry they can take a little long if take away but are definately worth the wait! Bonsoy available for lattes. Brilliant frappes are sizeable, creamy, strong, thick and icy and yuo can they last a long time as yuo can drink them slowly on hot days. food is not that appealing there are better options on this ashburton strip as it i mainly heavy, slightly unhealthy (lots of processed meats, etc) and not that imaginative. staff are friendly and its popular.
