Milkaholic Dessert and Breakfast Bar

a nice night out amongst friends. its a central place that has a great feel to it.
the staff are lovely however not all the food is as divine. its certainly got great ideas, and some wonderful combinations, just needs some tweeking to perfect it all.

My friends and I enjoyed our dessert catchup here at Milkaholic. The torches to read the menu were fun and amusing, the service was good and the drinks and desserts we ordered were all good. I definitely would consider coming back :)

If you're seated out the back you will be in the dark but never fear, you will be issued with a wind up torch so that you can read the menu but you will be eating by candlelight. We had the tasting plate which had three generous sized desserts on it. Of the three the sticky date pudding was the letdown as it had a slightly burnt taste but the lime cheesecake and the "Greek Mess" were great.

The mushroom and pecorino omlette is to die for and I regularly have my weekend breakfast at this quick little cafe. The service is very fast but unfortunately the cafe is a little rough around the edges! Sometimes the coffee is cold and the cups/plates are sometimes a little scruffy and dirty! I still eat here because it's close to home, fast and tasty but be prepared to ask for plate/cutlery/cup or coffee changes!

Great juices reasonably priced, lots of room to move to create your own flavour, and huge servings, so perfect for a recovery. Food is pretty ordinary though, over priced and it doesnt taste or look as good as it smells.
