Very Good :) Second time i needed some storage. I found this storage service was cheaper and better than out at the beaches.

The staff were fantastic over the whole 6 months i was selling my house. Good rate & so helpful and lovely.
The storage facility was clean, secure and easily accessible. Would definitely use your handy storage again in the future.Thasnks very much

Just finished up renting a unit with these guys and they were excellent. Cheapest in Cairns. I moved up from Brisbane with no place ready to move into yet. The staff were great, informed me when I called 2.5 months in advance that they don't hold units which is fair enough. But I was lucky enough when I called up a week before that there was one available that can fit all my things. I immediately sent a money order to secure my unit. And ended up being with them for 2 years. When I finally got a shoebox of a place I still had furniture I needed to store. They called me straight away when a smaller unit was available, and I pounced.

It is a good old fashioned business, they don't have eftpos or anything like that which is understandable because that would increase their low prices. ...read more

Called up to book a storage shed 2 weeks in advance for a months rental. 2 weeks later after turning up on Monday with a full car load, a staff in the office told me other staff had gone out all day and would not be back until 5pm. Staff also said that they don't take bookings in this company. They didn't have a mobile on other staff either because staff left it at home. I went home and called the office at 5:40pm and they didn't have any record of our conversation or remember the email I sent them. They also said that the management changed the min monthly rental to 2 months. We now have 1 day to arrange an alternative location. Don't waste your time!
