Great location, but horrible customer service. Staff is THE rudest individual that we have come across in two months traveling around Australia. Why work in the hospitality industry if you clearly don't like people?!?
Only plus is the location, this place was horrible. So overcrowded you couldn't use any of the facilities without a terrible wait, hardly any room to set up your camp.
