When they do finally come out to view the damage, they agree to repair all the issues only to avoid calls, completely fabricate the status and circumstances with "head office" and "insurance" speels, story changes and then provide a completely fake contact number to follow the claim up with. When I last spoke to Steve who is the manager or owner there, I confronted him about everything and he said "we aren't covering anything" and then told me "to take them to court, he still even then wouldn't pay anything". The company has NO intentions of honoring their "lifetime warranty on workmanship" AVOID at all costs.

I'm very impressed with the level of customer service and the pricing I was quoted $1300 for my c63 every where else I called MOBILE AUTO GLASS and they quoted my almost half of that price they came out and did a marvellous job on my car good people I will recommend them for the excellent workmanship and customer service.
