OMG what a place. Had the pleasure of eating at Morgans Seafood Smorgasbord on Sunday afternoon. We were greeted by lovely friendly staff and seated straight away. There was Seafood everywhere and it all tasted unreal. I was with a party of 13 and everyone I was with raved about the food (taste, variety & amount of). I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting good service, good tasting food, pleasant surroundings and value for money.
Yesterday, My family and I went to Morgan's Seafood and feel upset with their service.
They lost our order and keep us waiting for so long, but their management only let we choose either keep going our order or refund the money. They did not talk to us or do anything to show their apology. This is the worst shopping Experience I have got in Australia. Even online shops has better service then them.
