While I waited for my air conditioning to be fixed, I got to have a friendly cuddle with their pet dog. As a pet lover, that was a great bonus!
Rod and his mob are honest to God the most customer focused mechanical business I have come in to contact with in all my years in Newcastle (15+). I first came in to contact with Rod when my car was overheating after a different business had replaced my radiator and the associated hoses. Rod spent half an hour fixing it and wouldn't let me pay him. He stated something to the effect of "it's not all about the money".
Today I heard a loud grinding sound from the back end of the car and took it straight to Rod. Despite being busy, he fit in the repairs I needed to ensure the family and I are safe in our travels over the weekend.
I've spread the word to my family and friends and I can say for certain that I won't be going anywhere else. Absolute legends!
