Okay so here’s my experience:
1. Got quoted a price from first inspection which was then pumped up once they had the car in there position.
2. Asked to have the price explained in segments to understand the price jump but this was declined and was hung up on and told to collect my car.
3. On arrival we had a verbal altercation and then the car wouldn’t start.... covenient. He then started to look over the car messing around. I checked the ignition fuse and it was loose. I put it back in and it started...
I dunno take what you will from this but I know for sure that I will never be working with this company again.
I took it to another mechanic and got what was explained to me originally and then they did even more for a fraction of the price...
My experience idid call them in Saturday 14/7 and Monday for quote , Until now nobody get back to me
I dont think its fair to give them a 1 star based on a call back. How about giving them a rating AFTER you have used their service instead so that their score reflects the views of those who have actually used their service?
