Some wrong happen again & again, charge money again & again.
Hi Henry, We have no recognition or paperwork to indicate that you were ever at this workshop. The only thing that we can think happened is that you made a mistake with the name of the workshop, Which is very unfortunate for our business. we have over 100 5 star social media comments and the 3 that were adverse were traced back to opposition workshops, please get your facts straight or phone us with your complaint, Thank you.

Spoke to a staff on the phone to book in my older car in, they were polite and said they would fix my tail lights,I called back the next day to see if they could put another couple of things in while they had it,well I got the auto electrician on the phone and didn't they carry on saying that they had already been talked into doing my tail light electrics and didn't want to do the other things,they made me feel like an idiot the way they spoke,totally unprofessional and rude,I own a business myself and i would be out of business if I treated my customers that way,SHOCKING!!!!
.Hi Caddy71, We are sorry that you felt uncomfortable and that your experience was not a good one, First I would like to say that our version is different to the one that you interperated, We never saw the car and the Auto Electrician did not speak to you directly, When you explained that the car was an American Classic and that it had been converted from Left to Right hand drive our Auto Electrician said that he wasn't prepared to dis assemble the dash as it was a job for a restoration specialist, as from experience there are many problems that occur once the vehicle has been converted and that in the long run it would cost you significantly more money to have the job done by us and that you were better off taking it to a American Classic specialist, We hope you got a satisfactory result for your problem and we are sincerely sorry that you misinterpreted Honesty for rudeness, regards MP Auto Repairs/ Petrie Auto Electrics
