Our family has attended this practice for over 40 years and have never had any cause for complaint. In fact, as we are now quite elderly, the care and concern of doctors, nurses and reception staff has only become more attentive. We count ourselves fortunate to have such professional medical care so close to where we live. Thank you to all.
terrible surgery. there is an excellent doctor there and some amazing nurses, but the rest of the staff are woefully unhelpful. the practice management is coldly professional (tho at least they will sort out problems for you), the receptionist staff are downright rude and will literally watch you stand at the counter and not ask you what you need unless you manage to get their attention, and by no means make an appointment with a particular Dr who is by far the worst doctor i have ever had an appointment with.

I have been a patient at the centre for about 4 years and I have always been happy with the way I have been treated, the Staff and Doctors are very good. I will continue to use the centre as long as I am a resident in the hills.

Very rude unhelpful staff. Called on a Sunday morning with bad stomach pains to be told in no uncertain terms I could not be see as I had not been there before (I have just moved to area/ Perth). It was not the fact they couldn't see that upset me, it was the extremely rude manner I was spoken too, I was not offered an appointment the next day and when I was asked for advice as to where I could be seen I was responded to with grunts and sighs. I had planned on making this my regular practice but defiantly wont be signing up after this experience.

If ur not polite at a minimum and preferably compassionate you have no business working in Healthcare. Including and especially reception staff!
I have been going to this centre on and off for 10 years and have never received anything but good service. The office staff are efficient and polite, and despite sometimes having to wait your turn, the turn around is not as bad as others have posted. I find all the doctors to be competent and caring. I will continue to support this business.
