The whole process of having two new split systems in our home has been easy breezy with Murray Heating and Cooling. I have found their customer service and follow up far and away better than any I have received from any other company. Confirming appointments, quote was done super quickly and now three weeks later, installed and working. The installers we had, Scott and Curtis were friendly and efficient. Site was left clean and tidy and they were just all around pleasant to have at my home. I can't recommend this company and their crew enough and I am so happy that I used a local too.
Poor service all round. Initial booking on Friday 14/8 for investigation with the promise of a quote for repairs by Monday 17/8. No return contact at all until I called on 19/8, and quote was sent through. When I confirmed I wanted to go ahead with the work I was told there'd be a one-week turnaround for the parts required. No return contact at all until I called on 26/8 and was advised the parts had arrived two days earlier. Was then told the earliest booking available was Monday 31/8 but techs wouldn't be available at the time my wife and I return from work in Adelaide, so we were advised to leave keys out the front for the tech to access the unit. I returned home early and called to let them know someone was home now, only to be advised that there were no technician bookings for that day. STILL WAITING FOR RESOLUTION.
