Being in sales I think it is important to compliment people when you receive good service ,I don't think this happens often enough .I'm also one who will give feedback when I receive bad service .I went to Mussels after it was recommended by a local of the area of 20 years .I was told the food was great value and the service was excellent .I found the service poor from start to finish .The wait staff taking my order hushed me several times while I tried to give my order . After 30 minutes of being seated I had to ask if my coffee was coming soon then after another 30 minutes ,one hour from when we arrived we where still waiting for our steak sandwiches and a egg sandwich to arrive .At no point up to this stage where we given a apology for the delay ,even though several people who came into the caf after us had received their meals .When I asked if the steak sandwich was on and if it was not on I would like to cancel and get my money back I was told it was put onread more
Terrible, terrible, terrible. After years of giving a true local a go and never being really satisfied with Mussels in Warwick, today took the cake. Waited 1hr 10 min for lunch and after two requests for simple "can you at least get the toasted sandwich for my 4 y.o. granddaughter" the wait on our meals took the cake. Deplorable customer service. Besides, food has always been average but venue is nice. Sorry Mussels, there are other quality eating places across the road and down the street. You have lost our group and I am sorry, I cannot recommend you to family and friends.
