Terrible, terrible, terrible. After years of giving a true local a go and never being really satisfied with Mussels in Warwick, today took the cake. Waited 1hr 10 min for lunch and after two requests for simple "can you at least get the toasted sandwich for my 4 y.o. granddaughter" the wait on our meals took the cake. Deplorable customer service.
