My Gym is a welcome alternative to the bigger gyms. We aim to get you fitter, healthier and stronger in a non-threatening environment. Training in small groups means you can share the cost and the pressure of personal training without losing any of the value. We also run boxing & general fitness classes, pre and post natal and one on one sessions together with our unique small-group training programs.

I'd much rather sit around eating cookies while playing Playstation to improve my health. Being a part of My Gym makes that possible. They taught me that balance is key and offered me fitness training that suits my needs without acting like regimented surfers. Stop reading this and get down there. You won't regret it.
I have so much more fun at My Gym than I've ever had training in the past. The small groups are a lot more challenging than training by myself so I'm fitter and stronger than I've ever been. Mac and Lynsey are fun and knowledgable. If you're considering trying My Gym, Do it!
My Gym is a great addition to the neighbourhood. For someone like me (who is put off by big gyms but wants to get fit) it is an ideal alternative. It is not as expensive as getting a personal trainer but the small groups ensure that I get enough guidance and support. I've been at My Gym since it opened in January and I am really starting to notice results. It's got a relaxed friendly vibe and the trainers - Mac and Lynsey - seem to know how hard to push people.
