Very disappointing with the customer service in NAB St Albans today. A staff decided to charge my vulnerable grandmother $15 dollars each for each check which she receives from the US treasury. Not only that, but the staff insulted us by saying that we should move to a direct deposit. However that is not up to the staff to decide what my grandmother wanted to do with her choice. Not only that, saying on telling me on the vulnerability that my grandmother is facing just because she was on a wheelchair. In addition, the staff said its wasting their time saying they could have served two or more customers rather than serving my grandmother with the check. A place i would not go back and see this staff any more.
