Never going back! Reception staff were repeatedly rude over the phone previously and today was the last straw. Went asking for help for my dad and was treated rudely by Dr Gupta and the receptionist (after the hour long wait to see someone). Absolutely no interest in helping the patient and no compassion. I left in tears and cried all the way home. Don't go there.
The wait can be really long, so bring a book or iPad - but it is so worth it to see a good dr. Dr Abby Verma is the best doctor I have seen. He is also great with kids and made my children feel so much better - they're usually scared of the doctor, but he is just so lovely. Thanks dr aby
I have been going to this medical centre on and off over the years and have finally found an awesome doctor. Not only does he give alot of his time really listening to what your problem is, he genuinely cares. Always well mannered and respectful and explains everything. He has my vote and i wont see anyone else. Thank you Dr Verma.
We went here for our 12 week scan.. after going to another ultrasound clinic (that was horrible, and they were really rude) this place was amazing! She was so sweet and chatted happily with us, showing us the different parts of our little one, and explaining that our baby had their little legs crossed and hands tucked behind their head ???? It was also bulk billed, and most places charge $200+ nowadays, they had a big screen so we could see it all better, I would recommend anyone needing an ultrasound to 100% go here! :)
I would rate at a zero if I could. Nurse had over five minutes before the end of her shift yet she was packed up ready to go not willing to change a simple bandage for a teenager. Ordasity to call herself a nurse but happy to leave a patient knowing she was the only nurse who was able to treat her but told us a doctor had to do it. After more than an hour wait, the doctor then told us that she did not have time to change the dressing and that dressing changes are the nurses job. Yet she was quick to say that she knew more than the nurse. What a joke! Really, what duty of care did they sign up for?
