NCM ? what is taking place in your service division of NISSAN Belconnen ? Four weeks back now
I booked my Nissan in for it's 150kms Service and some repair work ( The repair work was told to me that was needed the service brfore ) The service person told me the parts would need to be ordered and for me to pay up front for the parts ! And said the would get back to me with the costing ??? As told that was FOUR WEEKS AGO > So this week I re-phoned and ask NMC Sevrice area what is taking place with my order of patrs ??? I was told this Tuesday March 6th 2018 that they have no record of my parts being ordered or pricing ? So once again they said they would order and give me pricing !!! Today Friday March 9th and still NOTHING > BAD BUSINESS NCM -So you have now lost my Business and I'm now going elsewhere ... I just had my 2017 Isuzu Dmax serviced at NCM Belconnen.
It was the 20,000km service interval and I must say after reading these reviews I was a little concerned.
The staff were actually very helpful and polite. They gave me a run down of what was to be done and gave me the capped price prior to starting. I was told it would be ready by 12 midday and it was ready at 11:45am.
I was given a report with everything that was done and checked.
No hidden charges and no skimping on parts. I checked everything including pulling the dash apart to check that the $102 cabin filter had been changed.
Overall I am happy with the service and recommend them to others.
Make sure you check the oil daily. It will probably be leaking out through a loose sump plug as per my experience -terrible attention to detail and quality - I can't believe the owners of this business have not fired the service manager and put in place a recovery process.
Recently I have sent my Kia Rio for 60,000 km/48 month Capped Price Servicing. In fact my car was only at 23010 mileage. They simply added additional products without asking me if I agree. They also charged me for 5 ml of windscreen soap water and spark plug for $78.76. When I rang the customer service said they overcharged me for $10 and will call me back to let me know. When they didn't call me i rang them again. This time another person said they undercharge me $10. This sounded dodgy. When I was at the service centre I overheard a customer service person yelling at a customer saying "I will charge you double next time" Will I buy another car from National Capital Motor + The answer is no. The car has bad design too.
