Rediscover the Earth's Prehistoric past at Australia's largest permanent Dinosaur and prehistoric collection.
The National Dinosaur Museum, now home to 12 new animatronic dinosaurs and an amazing new lifelike Dinosaur Garden provides enthusiasts of all ages with a hands on opportunity to "live" the age of the dinosaurs.
Be one of the lucky few to have touched both a genuine fossilised dinosaur bone and a remnant from another world, a 100kg meteorite. With 70 full skeleton and skull displays and easy-to-read, educational information panels suitable for all ages, the National Dinosaur Museum is one of Canberra's premier attractions.
The National Dinosaur Museum is not just a dinosaur museum. The exhibition covers the history of life on Earth, with fossils from the most primitive life, through to fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds, mammals and plants.
