The place is infested with rats and pigeons. You are unable to get your removalist truck into the bay's as the building is to low. So removalists trucks have to park outside and your furniture needs to be moved out the front or down the side over gravel. Try pushing a fridge trolley through gravel !
The lift is always broken. They only have one lift so if it is broken your furniture needs to be moved up and down the stairwell. There is no national head office customer service number or email. You just get a generic email and a person that is in a call centre.
We have contacted them over 2 months - to no response. They are quite happy to take your money -Stay clear
