Claim Inquiry number: 223799, Originally National Warranty Company replaced the Flywheel & Clutch Kit with Total Nissan under warranty, which was a painful and took 16 days. Has failed again and only found out from Nissan that they replaced the clutch kit with a cheaper aftermarket assembly. Have now been stalling the repair for over 3 weeks.read more
Bad stay away, they will try to backyard fix your problem time and time again and avoid doing the job properly from the start so as to save a dollar, which at the end of it all place the inconveniance on the client and end up paying out the same to finaly fix the issue.
National Warranty Company (Davantage Group Pty Ltd) have no consideration for their customers. In my experience they are only concerned with Identifying clauses within their contract that enable them to justify nil payment to claimants. Avoid at ALL cost. It's no surprise that your dealer will encourage you to take out a warranty, and recieve a healthy commission, and most normal people would see this a safe option.
