The service was excellent. The Neilly Davies team just made everything so easy - all I did was give them some ideas for the swimming pool and extention and the managed the entire project from concept to completion - and no messing about with contractors! They did it all!
In order to get my Final Occupation Certificate for my house and pool, the private certifier insisted i get a copy of the pool engineering plans, or certificate to show that the work was done according to the Building Code of Australia. Unfortunately for me, the pool builder has died, and my house builder ( who worked closely with the pool builder ) later became insolvent, so he disappeared and could not help. My next door neighbours used the same pool builder at the same time, and they had the name of the engineer that the pool build used. I thought that was a stroke of luck, and so I contacted Neilly Davies, explained the situation, and i even offered to pay any costs incurred in finding the plans, or printing them off, or if it was a certificate, I offered to pay for the certificate to be reissued. I explained very clearly to the woman that there were absolutely no problems with my pool, no leaks etc ( apparently this is what happens if not enough steel is used ). I alsoread more
Came up with a good structural steel design for the renovation, prepared detailed plans for council, regular site visits and advice during construction. Also designed and did plans for a retaining wall. Prompt friendly service, professional and they worked well with my builder.
