I was looking at buying a Nissan Pathfinder around a month ago and I have been dealing with Jamie. I was appalled to find out certain things about this horrendous business that have altered my intention to buy a car with the company. Finding out sales consoltents within the company do not have a licence yet are driving around in vehicles the company gives them absolutely shocks me. If things like this are going on within the company I can only imagine what I will have to do with later down the track if I chose to buy my car with this company. How can a company that prides itself on customer service and being one big “happy family” allow such things to go on. I am absolutely disgusted and will never be coming back and I will be sure to share this around with anyone considering doing business with the company.
Had my major service done at the dealership. When picking up the car I discovered that it had 40km more than when I dropped it off. After challenging the service technician I was told that it was due to needing to reset the ECU and recalibrate the injectors. I would have though that I would be advised that the vehicle would be driven for 40km. Have advised the service department that any infirngements are their responsibility
When I first decided to buy a new car, I was dreading it, expecting it to be painful and expensive experience.
I must say that Matt made it the total opposite; he made the whole process an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Nothing was a problem and he was extremely patient with me deciding to change my mind halfway through. He made everything happen exactly as he said he would and on time.
Also, at first I was looking at a VW Amarok and the guy was also very very good. This has been by far the best experience I have had buying a vehicle.
