Receptionist are miserable and doctors are always late. Not because they are busy as i have never seen more than 1 other person there but because they are just so slow. Went in to get advice about baby and was seen by an incompetent doctor who struggled to understand English.

She was unfamiliar with the most common drugs or symptoms. I seriously question her qualifications as she actually googled my questions in front of me!!!

I love this practice. It is a new practice located at Moonee Pond Centre, all their services are fully bulk billed. The good thing about this clinic is that waiting time is less than 15ms.
