Nirvana is such an awesome personal trainer- She has helped me achieve my goals where no one else could. She is encouraging and really wants me to succeed. She is always professional and also very knowledgeable. She has NEVER cancelled a PT session on me at short notice, whereas my previous trainer I had would cancel every second week (or just not show up.......or be late)- its was sooooo annoying. Nirvana is very reliable and as I am very busy (like everyone else) I appreciate that she takes my time seriously. Always feel like I have got a good workout with Nirvana- She never slacks off but pushes me all the time (in a nice way!) . Recommend her to anyone wanting a PT who is knowledgeable, reliable, caring and goal oriented.

I've done a heap of NPT classes and actually mentioned one of Nirvana's not very well kept secrets. She does "make up" some of the sessions as she goes along. But not because she hasn't planned a class - its because she evaluates each group session on the participants at that class. If most of them want "core" work that's what she will focus on, if they want cardio she'll incorporate that. Because she doesn't always know who will be at a class on a particular day and what the overall feel and fitness level of the class is she likes to keep it flexible. If you've got a favourite exercise ask for it to be incorporated! Just a hint if you've got an exercise you "hate" becuase its "too hard" be careful not to mention it, because she'll incorporate that as well ;) I learnt that one the hard way. SUGR
I can highly recommend Nirvana PT. With Nirvana's help I have been able to acheive my goals of going on 40Klm+ walks with Girls Treking Adventures. Nirvana helped with my rehab from back surgery and got me walk fit and raring to go. Love the classes - they are high energy and fun and have met some great locals. Definately give Nirvana a go. You WON'T regret it!!
I have been going to gyms off and on for most of my adult life but what I like best about Nirvana PT is that there are NO contracts or membership fees. About a year ago I gave up my gym membership and started going to Nirvana PT group classes. I personally have found the classes varied, challenging (which is very important to me) and yet also fun. I think that is because Nirvana herself is very friendly and so are the people that attend the classes. I also love the fact that there are always varying ranges of fitness levels of the people who come along to the classes so I never feel left out. Overall I have had very positive experiences at Nirvana PT and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to achieve their fitness goals.
Nirvana provides a highly professional but very friendly service. In the past six months I have committed to a regular training programme which has seen me lose weight, gain strength and thoroughly enjoy exercising again. Nirvana and Ben make the boxfit session dynamic and fun, whilst the personal training sessions with Nirvana really push me to train at the highest intensity. Highly recommended. Jason
