Noble Toyota

The Noble Toyota is the worst place to buy a used car. They sell a dream when you are looking for a car, after bought they forgotten the person is a Customer. I Requested to change a broken pieces on the day I bought, I am 6 month waiting amd every month is the same, the manager says: I am asking the piece to branch. Total fail of competence of the team service, and today as a joke they send a msg advising the piece didn't come.

My Yaris 2010 has not been serviced more than a year (Dec2013) bought it from owner (Feb2015) but still doing well at 43000kms. I decided to have it service just to make sure it is performing well. Noble Toyota quoted me $169 for general Service and $785 for 80,000km log book service (includes, car wash, pink slip, and some small parts replacement... expensive?). I choose the latter thinking that is the best option (better safe than sorry). It was diagnose to have battery problem ($210 if replaced) and squeaky wipers ($75 if replaced), told them not to replace anything and just do the service. Collected it after a few hours and was again advised that the battery didn't pass the test and has to be replaced. The car has to be jump started before I collected it and was told to drive it for more than 25 minutes for the battery to charge, did it for an hour before turning of the engine. Had my Kluger in for its first proper service yesterday and they did everything right. Prompt friendly service, while I waited using their free wifi and price capped at $170. So much better than my previous experiences with other dealers. We will definitely be back.
