Merthyr Bowles Club is one of Brisbane's favourite icons. We estimate that about 25,000 people come to our club every year. They come for our cheap prices, family atmosphere and the enjoyment that is to be gained from 'having a roll'.
Not just a game of 'old men's marbles' barefoot bowls is gaining popularity among the younger generations, and why not? Whether you entertaining family, friends, workmates or clients, there is no better way to enjoy the Queensland weather than having a BBQ and a cold beer while playing a game of bowls. Check the website or please call if you have any further enquiries.

I love the Norman Park bowls club. I do trivia here every week and the bar staff are friendly, they remember the regulars and the prices are true bowlsy cost! I feel like the NP bowls club would be great for a function - the room where we do trivia is really big and looks like it needs to be danced on. Definitely worth visiting on a Wednesday or Thursday night - especially for the cake specials!
The Merthyr Bowls Club is a awesome venue just on the Brisbane River, bring the family or ya mates to have a bite to eat from the BBQ or simply order off the menue, you can even have a game of lawn bowls friggin barefoot! pretty cool hey & don't forget their drink specials like a bucket of 5 beers for $20 I think?
