We got Pat on board to refinance our mortgage back in 2013. Since then Pat and the team have helped us out with a renovation on our home and most recently purchasing an investment property. Communication from the team is brilliant - everything is always well explained with realistic timelines. Pat's knowledge is second to none, even when we think we know what we want to do, he will explain other options to us incase the first option doesn't work out. Pat and the team are always there if we have any questions, they are always friendly and patient and interested in how we are doing - we always feel well looked after. Extremely helpful and patient. Got us pre-approval for a very good loan quite quickly. Was very patient with us as we had to re-new the pre-approval multiple times over 12 months while we searched for our new home. Always happy to discuss options with us as alternative opportunities arose (e.g., financing a build, etc.). Worked very hard to get our loan across the finish line at settlement which unfortunately coincided with the first week that banks were being hit by the impacts of COVID-19. Will definitely use North Brisbane Home Loans again in the future and have already recommended them to 3 friends of mine.
