Northern Mobile Dog Wash

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !

I have a 4 year old Maltese x that regularly gets groomed every 2-3weeks.. I recently for the first time had my dog groomed with northern mobile dog wash Johann.
Later that evening I realised my dog was read around her stomach, between legs and all around which than inflamed which than turned into blisters and infection. I reached out to the groomer and Sandra responded she will speak with the groomer to find out what may have caused this. Have not heard back from them at all days later. I have been left with $400 vet bills..which is not the real issue.. the real issue is that they obviously just don't care and very bad business.
From the vets experience it's evident that Johann used wrong tools caused damage to her skin which lead to everything else. Please if you love your pooch stay away from this company because they don't care about your fur baby..

I just had my dog washed by this service. I was quoted for a wash and nail clip. The groomer was unfortunately in a rush to finish the job and did not clip the nails as agreed. My dog was left dripping wet and shaking after the experience. Although it may have just been this particular groomer I do not recommend this service Due to their lack of service when I contacted them to advise of my experience.

Not only does an amazing job on my little ones, but it is obvious that these guys care about your puppies as much as you do, and I have never used a groomer that my dogs love as much!!!
