Without a doubt the most appaling customer service ever received - from repeated failed attempts to get any information from anyone about my item for delivery, to the driver threatening my girlfriend to dump the package on the side of the road and drive off - I would never suggest ANYONE EVER use this company EVER.

Extremely disappointed with the service provided by the warehouse. We had used Northline Brisbane for 4 years prior. Northline Melbourne had a 25% error rate, loosing or damaging over $6k of stock. In the end they wouldn't release my stock, when I could no longer afford to do business with them, without my agreeance to not take further action.read more
