About Ed Hale
Exercise and Lifestyle Coach, trained through the CHEK Institute. My specialties include strength and conditioning, exercise and holistic lifestyle coaching. My special interests, however, include nutrition and hormonal health. I believe this to be one of the most important factors to building a strong foundation for optimal health and wellbeing.
For as long as I can remember I've loved the outdoors and to keep physically active. Over the years I've participated in many sports including rugby union, waterpolo, swimming, athletics and triathlon. Currently, I compete in surf boat rowing for Manly SLSC on Sydney northern beaches.
