My partner and I had to use NRMA Roadside Assistance again on the weekend as our car was stuck at a petrol station.
The lady who took our first call was very friendly and put out request in as an emergency as it was blocking petrol pumps – Usually it's a 2 hour wait.
During the time we got our car started and cancelled the job and the person who took our second call was just as nice.
