Worst experience Ever
If i could give a negative star i would , have been totally ignored by Nunawading Hyundai , they couldn't supply the car to me and its now 24 days after i was supposed to take delivery and still no car and i have requested a refund of my deposit as i no linger wish to deal with them and i don't even get a response to emails of telephone calls.
I wouldn't recommend anyone (and i will be telling everyone) not to go to this dealership as they tell you everything you want to hear but cant deliver on anything
Woah that was close call. My partner and myself went to nunawading and signed a contract but overnight l changed my mind on what car l wanted and they were happy to swap the contract over. l chose the Veloster SR tubro but l wanted a manual and it HAD to have a panoramic roof. First l was told that it may be hard to get a manual (which is true) then l was told that all of them come with a panoramic roof and the one in stock was a 'special order', later on a found out that they do not come with a panoramic roof as standard. l called Ferntree Gully and spoke to them and they said that not all of them come with a panoramic roof and l asked him if the one on my contract did and he said NO. So my partner called nunawading and he said he stuffed up the contract and he would fix it and email a new one to my partner stating that it will have a panoramic roof and we could expect that email that same day but we never recieved the email so my partner called again in theread more
Just picked up my brand new Accent yesterday and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. A gigantic thank you to James Cullie from Nunawading Hyundai for making my very first car purchase a very pleasant and smooth experience from the get go. Truth be told, I was skeptical at first due to the negative reviews I read on whirlpool but I'm so glad I went ahead with the purchase. James offered me the best price as compared to numerous other dealers which I had visited and called for weeks. Mind you that I had never visited Nunawading Hyundai until the day I picked up my car and all our communication were done over the phone or via emails. I'm still not sure where the bad reviews come from but the service I've been given is excellent. If I am on the market again for a car, James from Nunawading is certainly the one to call.
It's a shame there is no option for zero stars as this is what they deserve.
I purchased a new car and despite being told it came with Rego, four months after taking the delivery I got a rego renewal from VicRoads and when I questioned Chris ( the sales person I dealt with) I was told that this was common practise and he would look in to it. He never got back to me. I sent him an email advising if he can't assist I would raise it with Hyundai Australia and then I got a call from his sales manager almost immediately who also said he would look in to it. I didn't get a call back as promised or a response to the SMS I sent. I sent a follow up email telling them not worry about the rego as I would prefer to leave a negative review than chase them and they didn't reply, they obviously don't care.
