My experience is totally at odds with the previous two. Mark made an appointment to look at our issue - replacement of all ducting upstairs and downstais and kept his appontment time. His examination of the issues was thorough and he came back in a short period of time with an acceptable quote, having fully discussed the issues we faced. Living in the hills vermin such as possums and rats had done major damage.
He arranged for the work to be carried out, and bought the installers around to examine the job, so that we were all on the sameread more

Our builder used this mob to supplied and installed the air conditioning that was included in our building contract. We bought and supplied another air conditioning to be installed in another room. We asked this mob for quote. Mark gave a verbal quote. We thought, we gave this mob more business since they will install the other air conditioning from the builder. Big mistake!! Poor experience. Doesn't care for the end client. Apparently getting frustrated when the heating doesn't work on the first night in our new home was being unreasonable. Sorry we wanted our children to be warm and wanted to use the heating we had paid you for!
Wouldn't come back and fix the problem. Had to find someone else. Not recommended.
