Did a good job at a reasonable pace. Just don't expect anything out of their scheduling ability;
I was told they could come around on Wednesday afternoon sometime between 12pm-5pm (are you serious?). They said they would notify me 30 minutes before the job. After confirming and planning my working day around that afternoon activity, I get an sms at 9.10am saying they'll be there in 30mins. My partner, who was quite ill and under-prepared for the encounter, had to tend to the door 10 minutes later in my absence. And what, I wonder, would have happened had nobody been home? Nothing for days I'd wager.
I had to rush home and absolutely destroy my morning of work and now I have to find 2 hours this week to work back.
O'Brien, you are not the only people on this planet who are busy. If you don't have the ability to schedule to the accuracy of half a day then don't tell me you can.
