It is walking distance to the town centre and a pleasant drive to Wilpena Pound, Parichilna and other outback towns. Holiday in a township with all the facilities.

Recent stay and was disappointed with reality of property, compared to the description we read on booking. Poorly equipped kitchen, with no bench top, which made cooking difficult. Some items supplied were old, stained and broken, with missing lids. Had to purchase some basic cooking utensils to enable self catering ie saucepan, chopping board, jug, mixing bowl and tea towels. Crockery ok, but not enough of some items to cater for 8 people eg only 3 cereal bowels, 2 tumbler glasses. Some areas outside of property in poor state of repair- broken walls and paving around house. Garden in need of attention. BBQ found in shed was very dirty and no gas bottle. Front door screen was hanging off hinges- promise of repair and strimming of weeds by owner never occured in the week we were there. Inside house - rooms decorating style sympathetic to age of house.
