On the good side breakfast is included lots of organic teas and coffee and the news paper nice surroundings warm with log gas fire Or coonara on the down side I was charged 159 a night when we agreed 149 on the phone, it could have been cleaner only one dish cloth we eventually found the other down the back of the sofa. The hot water was hard to get had to run the tap a long time to get it seriously they need to put in a hot water unit, the electric went of regularly we were provided with a torch but a backup generator would have been the go though I admit expensive. The linen was good quality and clean and the beds comfortable. Overall I would give it a 6/10
