thanks to the guys that help me move (forgot there names) they did a great job with everything, i told them to keep and eye on the walls and floors as they were freshly painted, so instead of carrying most items through our tight townhouse they strategically placed their furniture pads to slide the furniture through door ways and around tight corners. I was very impressed by the initiative to treat the house as it was their own i would reccomend their services to everyone, for the price they deserve every cent ive paid $89 p/hr and got horrible service, I paid them $125 p/hr and 30 mins travel and didnt even need to stress, high quality professionals Thanks again guys, keep up the good work!
Would just like to thank the guys who did the job for me yesterday – on such short notice – was did originally booked someone else and they did not even turn up – no phone call nothing .. I gave on the move removals a cool and explained to Michael my situation with also having carpet cleaners come in and they were able to accommodate my move from Carindale to Kangaroo point and most recommended, pleased with the work they did – once again thank you for the short notice – Took the rotary out for me and was very happy... should of just went with you guys in the first place , fast reliable and friendly.
Totally disgusted in this company. With all the moves we have had this would have to be the worst move EVER!!! When booking the truck I told Michael that we have a two bedroom townhouse with storage boxes in the garage. He assured me that I will just need the smaller truck. When the truck arrived I said that is not going to fit all our stuff in. I said to the three so-called removalists that the smaller boxes will go in our car and not in the truck as they are fragile. All boxes were clearly marked with where they needed to go. This can't be too hard, right? Wrong! Bed 1,2,3 Kitchen, Office...We made their job simple. We even helped them to take boxes to the truck. Only because they were so slow. When the truck arrived at the new house they said that some the stuff did not fit onto the truck and we have to do a second load. I was fuming!!! Hi there Dr do little – thank you for your review and feedback as this allows us to see what recommendations can be made to make our service even better and to keep up with been voted the number one most recommended removals in Brisbane... if you're moving distance is less than one hour – it is cheaper to use a smaller truck and do a second load – as the total cost of the job will be cheaper than using a bigger truck because of the hourly rate difference. Moving heavy big furniture up and down stairs all day is always going to take longer than expected because of the difficulty in manoeuvering furniture that is not designed to go up and down stairs. Having three men on a job does reduces time extra assistance of manoeuvering upstairs without putting holes in any walls, keeping furniture and your valuables safe and secure. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE -Significant damage. Aside from the fact there were additional charges that weren't disclosed when we inquired and made our booking, the guys took smokos and phone calls and our job ended up $300 above other estimates ($1000 in total for 3 bedroom home), or primary issue was that two pieces of solid timber furniture were not just damaged but heavily gouged. One item was damaged the entire front of the tallboy drawers. I have left 4 recorded messages and no-one will return my call. Disgusting!

Firstly; Significant damage? Would the significant damage be the photo that you have sent us nearly "3 weeks after "the move has been completed? The significant damage to specific item ? that you and your boyfriend have gone down to the storage facility removed furniture yourself , taken it to your new apartment and then taken a photo of it in your new apartment, sent it to us accusing us of the incident three weeks after the moVe!
Wouldn't it of being been better to take a photo of your damaged item while your furniture was still in the storage facility where our removal team safely and carefully placed it, instead of taking The photo after you have moved it yourself to new apartment in the back of a ute?, placed it in your bedroom (as the photo you sent us clearly shows us) it was taken in the bedroom and you have damaged it yourself - while you and your partner moved it .. In compliance ? No furniture removal company in Australia is going to take any responsibility for furniture that goes into a storage facility ? and then nearly 3 weeks after the job is done ? you decide to take it out of storage yourself, place it into your new home and then send us a photo saying that we damaged it!.. Thirdly ; You accused our team of taking phone calls ? in respect to that, do you mean the phone calls they took to the office to tell the operations manager your job was going to take longer then expected because you had double the amount of furniture than what you mentioned when booking with our office, plus two additional extra heavy items ? that weighed more than a piano ? not mention - and you also forgot to mention to the team that you decided to have two different drop off locations , once again mention at the time of booking causing our team to be delayed for their second job of the day. .. Or do you mean the photos taken of your exceptionally large and heavy furniture ( heavier than a piano)

" You forgot to state in your review that you left your messages over the Christmas break when our office was unattended for the holiday period ? most intelligent people would've been made aware of this , as on our answering machine, which you would of had to of listened to prior to leaving your messages ?
