Oneil real estate do not rent through them we have handed back the keys and they have charged us for a cleaning agency to clean dust. They inspected the home 3 days after we handed keys in dust settles we are furious, lady's are rude and do NOT call you back. The floor boards separated and corners are coming off then they try and tell us it's from moping. They are money hungry people. I do not recommend.

Staff full of attitude, did not return calls. I was looking at a house to buy, I had CASH!..... I called about a house advertised within 1 hour of it being listed, the agent Derek O'Sullivan said the home was not able to be viewed for a week, but some how he managed to show someone else through (friend of his maybe?) in the mean time and sell the home. Preferential treatment? Will not ever use this company.
I was extremely disappointed! I rearranged my whole day at work so I could view a home open at 4pm one afternoon. The following morning one hour after they had opened I handed in an application that I had spent 3 hours to complete only to be told it had been leased already! I would like to know how it is possible to do a complete check on references in that time? Or is it that you already had a tenant and did not need to do the home open? The landlord I'm sure was charged the extra fee for doing the home open and also missed out on extra rent that was offered on my application and possibly others? When I viewed the house there were a lot of other ppl interested in applying I took the last application from the property management! If you had that much interest and you wanted to get the best offer for your client why would you not give others a chance to apply? I'm very tired of having my time wasted!
