Onelife Ignite

Awesome gym, awesome team and awesome coaching!

I started with tricko and the onelife team several months ago.

I attended one bootcamp a week and i went to just a normal gym every other day.

i didnt get the same awesome after workout feeling i got by just going to the gym, and joined onelife with unlimited bootcamps & barbell class.

Best choice!

I feel so fit, i get stronger every day. Im smashing goals i didnt think was possible to smash and ive made a heap of new friends!

I dont even see onelife as a gym, its a home full of support, encouragement,love and friendship! Plus you get fit and strong at the same time :D dont be afraid to start, we all started somewhere!

I have been with Onelife for around 7 months now, from day one I was welcomed as one of the family. For as long as I can remember I have been unfit and overweight, now, through the dedication, education and knowledge of Coach Ebony and Coach Tricko I have not only lost 14kg but gained fitness, health and all around well being and continue to build on my fitness every week. I love to get up early every day to train with an amazing group of friendly, like-minded people. Come down to Onelife both Coaches have so much dedication and passion for their job it will quickly become a part of your daily life. You won't be disappointed!

I've just joined Onelife and I felt welcomed right from the very beginning. I was greeted by all of the members and coaches with the traditional Onelife 'high-five!' I have never met such friendly and welcoming members and coaches! Everyone is so encouraging and eagerly willing to offer guidance when needed. I also enjoy how intense the workouts that we complete are, enabling us to determine our strengths and weaknesses and subsequently allows us the opportunity to see what needs further work on. Tricko and Ebony push you to the absolute limit and make sure that you're doing the best you can do. It's such a great culture to be a member of and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to try something new in a group environment!
