Listen guys, optus as everyone knows can be incredibly painful to deal with. I actually thought this young team were okay at getting the job done. I needed to get an extra sim card for my ipad to share data back in august. after aboiut 20 minutes i was out of there with a smile on my face after getting my sim card!
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SIGN UP THROUGH THIS GROUP. I have had the most horrifying experience trying to port my numbers over. There has been issue after issue, and absolutely no after-sales support or service of any kind. I have called so many times and to date have received a few returned calls with I will get back to you answer which we are still waiting for!!!. To make it worst we are still waiting the management to call us which has been requested now on 6read more
As an update, I am now told by one of of the OBC staff that they can't help me, and that I need to talk to the provider. Now keep in mind this is after wasting my time for 6 months, costing me hundreds in rate increases from the provider I was trying to leave and causing issues with my phone system meaning I can now only receive one call at a time.
