This store has a new manager, possibly about 6 months ago (?). Well, the change is remarkable. Full credit to this young man (I apologise for not knowing your name). I never write reviews prior to 3 experiences because I do not like giving impulsive reviews in order to ascertain consistency.
Today was my 3rd visit to the store in the past 4 months. The customer service representative today (Jimmy) was very helpful indeed. Thank you Jimmy. Ditto the last 2 times when I was assisted by the new store manager on the first occasion (a new nano sim card needed for a new phone) and another very helpful young man (of Indian descent, I think?...forgive me if I’m wrong) on the second occasion (querying mobile Wi-Fi options).
Obviously, Optus has responded to previous abysmal complaints (many 1 star only reviews) and have now sourced a manager and team who are a delightread more
